Print Race Entries

Select either an event or a specific race you would like to enter and press the associated Print Entry button to print an entry form. After the form has printed, use your browser's Back button to return to the site.

  Reminder: Make sure that your printer is turned on and has paper!
Event:
  Mark each race you're entering after printing the entry form for the event.
Please write SEPARATE CHECKS to the organizer for each FW division race.

  Open class reminder: you must elect OP on your entry for SG and DH events.

Single Race:
Your Info: No racer information will be included on this entry form (you are not logged in).
If you are a Far West member, Logon to your account now so your entry can be automatically filled out with your information (name, age class, bib, USSA license number, contact address).
If you are a Far West member but do not have a web site account, you can still have your basic registration information filled out automatically by providing your bib number or USSA # (e.g. F1234567) so we can locate your information:

(Contact information with your address and phone is not included unless you log on so we can verify that you should be allowed to access that personal information.)
Reminder: your bib number may be changing this season! Use the Member Lookup service to check.


Race Entry Checklist

  • print entry for each event you wish to enter
  • provide age/contact info if not pre-filled from your member account info
  • write a separate check for entry fee in each race you enter, made out to the race organizer
  • mail entry card and checks to organizing area, per info on Season Schedule page

Please get entries to area organizers at least 1-2 weeks prior to the race whenever possible, it helps with race preparation and staffing so they can put on the best event possible for us. And check the web site for additional info or updates during the week prior to the race.

Race Day Checklist

  • always check in at registration (usually 7:30-8:30AM)
  • if you need a weekend license, please arrive a bit early to fill out USSA application. You will need to provide proof of medical insurance coverage, so please have your insurance card with you with carrier and policy number.
