Far West Masters uses a variety of techniques to communicate information about our organization and ski racing program. In addition to this web site, we publish a regular newsletter and provide mailing lists to publish news as well as solicit input from members and visitors to our web site.

The Far West Masters uses a variety of techniques to communicate information about our organization and ski racing program.

Forerunner Newsletter

For over 25 years, Far West Masters has published a regular newsletter with news and information throughout the race season. The Forerunner is our premier communication vehicle. Current members of the Far West Masters receive the newsletter as one of their membership benefits.

Starting in 2009, we also publish all issues of the Forerunner in digital form on the web site. Visit the Newsletters page to browse the archives and read the current issue:

FWM news Mailing List

The Far West Masters news email list was opened in the 2010 season so we can send out news updates to members, along with others interested in receiving email messages with news and race updates. All current and recent members who provide email contact information on their Far West Masters membership application and indicate email contact is acceptable are automatically added to the news mailing list. If you'd like to be added, send a subscription request to us at newsadmin@farwestmasters.org with your name and email address.

Got News?! If you have information you think is appropriate to post on the Far West Masters news page and circulate to our members, send a message to news@farwestmasters.org. The news list moderators will review your request to ensure that the information provided is appropriate and relevant to our members.

Web Connections

Yes, we're also on Facebook! We know you masters are out there networking on social media sites, so hop on over the Facebook and join our Far West Masters group!
